Georgina’s current focus as Chief Experience Officer is to explore and break into new markets. Georgina’s previous experience at VV lends itself well to assuming a commercial perspective on a new product or new market whilst remaining firmly rooted in achieving the company goals.
Georgina works closely with all Directors on VV’s long-term goals, vision, and culture and is also responsible for the Company’s HR, Legal, Admin and Office Operations.
Hired in 2010, Georgina was VesselsValue’s first employee to assume a dedicated commercial role, that would work closely alongside all aspects of the business. She was responsible for the sales, marketing, and promotion of VesselsValue, leading commercial strategies and establishing the first relationships with clients and other industry contacts including press. Georgina’s length of service and ongoing proximity to the customer and the market meant her commercial role evolved to encompass anything relating to client success, culminating in 2016 with the creation of a dedicated Client Services Department, to focus absolutely on our clients.
Georgina was born in London and holds a BA in Politics from University of Liverpool and previously worked in banking IT executive search and real estate new business development. Outside of work, if Georgina is not looking after her 3 young sons, she can be found having too much fun with her friends, or visiting one of London’s many art galleries, hoping one day to carve out a studio space of her own at home.
